This project began with the fact of myself finding in a basement a lot of boxes with my father’s novel “The greengrocer with the radiant eyes” , sold out years ago. I had never read it. This novel tells the story of my great grandfather that arrived by boat from Italy. I crowled among its chapters, characters and places, some key and finally I made the return trip to Genova that my great grandfather never made. I went with a list of things that he wanted to find. I walked the streets looking for some clue, melody, some (real?) information about my past.

And in a psychomagic act I let those 320 kg of books go by giving them away to the public.
